The ARB is composed of volunteer homeowners who meet regularly to review requests such as exterior painting, fence installation, roof replacement, landscaping changes, and other exterior modifications to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines. The ARB meetings are held at members' residences, and minutes are recorded and posted. The ARB Chairperson is John Thomas. Recent ARB meeting minutes show that the ARB reviews requests submitted through the management portal, approves or requests additional information, and enforces architectural standards. The ARB also discusses tracking systems for requests and other procedural matters. No other neighborhood committees like the ARB are explicitly mentioned in the documents for The Inlets neighborhood. The Master Association has several committees, but the neighborhood specifically has the ARB as its primary committee for architectural review.
