The Architectural Review Board (ARB) of The Inlets at Riverdale Neighborhood Association, Inc. will hold its next meeting as follows:

The ARB currently has an open position and invites homeowners who are interested in serving their community to apply.
Homeowners are welcome to attend the meeting. During the Owner Forum, there will be a three (3) minute time limit per legal member discussion topic, as provided in the meeting agenda.

On Thursday, October 15th, 2026, 6:00 pm EST, The Inlets at Riverdale Master Association Boating and Canal Committee will meet in person at 4749 Halyard Drive at the Marina. If it is raining, backup meeting at 167 Americas Cup Blvd.

Welcome to our New All Inlets Communities Website!
The Inlets at Riverdale will now offer one place to start your communications or inquiries. Currently we are in testing phase for a week or so. Please navigate with the goal of identifying any bugs or deficiencies . Suggestions should be sent to Inletspresident@gmail.com.
We also are in need of Content Administrators (CA). The CA's will direct any "Contact Us" to the appropriate recipient. There should be very few as the Chat function should answer most questions. Once or twice a month the CA will contact the four board secretaries to ask for any announcements. These will be summarized and sent to the TA's. This will not be arduous and should not involve a large or complicated block of time.

Inlets at Riverdale Neighborhood Association, Inc. Notice of Proposed 2027 Budget Meeting
On Monday, October 26th, 2026, at 7:00 pm EST, the Annual Budget Meeting of THE INLETS AT RIVERDALE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. will be held for the purpose of approving the 2027 budget.

THE INLETS AT RIVERDALE, INC. - Master Association Director Elections
On Wednesday, December 9th, 2026, 6:00 pm EST, the Annual Meeting of THE INLETS AT RIVERDALE, INC. will be held for the purpose of electing Directors, and such other business as may lawfully be conducted.
If you would like to run for the board, you must submit an Intent to Run form.
On or before Friday, November 6th 2026, 4:00 pm EST, you must give the Association written notice of your intent to run for the Board. If you are logged in, submit your Notice of Intent to run for the Board on the Master CAM site. Notice of 2027 Budget Consideration and Adoption Meeting
Date: October 7, 2026
Time: 6:00 p.m.
Location: Virtual Meeting via Zoom
For meeting information, log in into the Master Association Property Management website.
At this meeting, the Board of Directors will consider and take action regarding the Association’s 2027 Master Association Operating Budget, Master Reserve Budget, Marina Operating Budget, Marina Reserve Budget, and the Regular Assessments necessary to fund the adopted budgets.
The attached notice also includes the 2027 Proposed Assessment Summary and the Proposed Master Association Operating Budget Summary for member review. The proposed annual Master Association assessment reflected in the materials is $1,816.82 per owner, payable in two installments of $908.41.
Please note that the detailed Marina Budget and supporting Reserve Details are still being finalized and will be distributed to the membership separately once available. Attachments available on the Master Property Management Portal.

Extended Modified Phase III “Extreme” Water Shortage through March 31, 2027
As of September 22, 2026, the Southwest Florida Water Management District (District) Governing Board voted today to extend the Modified Phase III “Extreme” Water Shortage through March 31, 2027, due to ongoing drought conditions throughout the region, which requires all residents, including those on private wells, to continue following one-day-per-week watering restrictions with strict watering hours. This is the second extension to the Modified Phase III Water Shortage Order and there are no changes to the restrictions.

As our community continues to operate as a resident-led Association, we are seeking additional volunteers to help support several important committees and community functions. Active member participation is essential to ensuring the Association can effectively fulfill its responsibilities and continue serving the best interests of our community.
We are currently looking for volunteers for the following positions:

Canal Captains for E1, E2, E3, E4, and E8

Backup Canal Captains for all other canals

Four additional members for the newly established Master Architectural Review Committee (MARC)

Four additional members for the newly established Covenants Enforcement Review Committee (CERC)

Two or more members for the Finance & Reserve Study Committee

Two or more members for the Governance & Legal Committee

Many residents have generously contributed their time over the years, and now, as a resident-run Association, member involvement is more important than ever. NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING AND CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSED MASTER ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS
At its meeting scheduled for September 2, 2026, the Board of Directors of The Inlets at Riverdale, Inc. will consider and vote upon the adoption of proposed Master Architectural Review Committee (“MARC”) Standards.
The proposed Standards are intended to clarify and consolidate the requirements and procedures governing improvements that may affect Master Association property, infrastructure, waterways, seawalls, drainage systems, easements, maintenance access, navigability, and other community-wide interests. The proposed Standards address, among other matters, architectural applications and review procedures; improvements within 15 feet of freshwater canals; docks, boat lifts, cleats, seawalls, fencing, pools, landscaping, drainage modifications, and other improvements; inspection and engineering-review requirements; owner maintenance responsibilities; and enforcement procedures.
If adopted, the proposed Standards will apply to applications submitted on or after their effective date and to improvements commenced, installed, substantially modified, replaced, or reconstructed on or after that date, as more particularly provided in the Standards.
A complete copy of the proposed Standards is available for member review at: www.amiwra.com The proposed MARC Standards can be reviewed by going to Documents>Governing Documents>MARC Standards. A copy may also be requested from the Association’s management company. Virtual meeting information was sent to all Inlets homeowners via email on august 20.

Seeking volunteers to serve on the Inlets (East/West) Architectural Review Board (ARB) Committee
Dear Inlets Homeowners,
The Board of Directors is currently seeking volunteers to serve on the Inlets Neighborhood Architectural Review Board (ARB) Committee. A recent committee member's resignation has created a vacancy, and the Board is encouraging interested homeowners to apply for this important volunteer position.
The ARB Committee plays a vital role in helping preserve the aesthetic standards and property values within our community by reviewing architectural modification requests and ensuring consistency with the Association's governing documents.
If you are interested in serving on the ARB Committee, please complete the volunteer application and return it no later than August 8, 2026. Applications may be submitted to:
