NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING AND CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSED MASTER ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS

 

At its meeting scheduled for September 2, 2026, the Board of Directors of The Inlets at Riverdale, Inc. will consider and vote upon the adoption of proposed Master Architectural Review Committee (“MARC”) Standards.

The proposed Standards are intended to clarify and consolidate the requirements and procedures governing improvements that may affect Master Association property, infrastructure, waterways, seawalls, drainage systems, easements, maintenance access, navigability, and other community-wide interests. The proposed Standards address, among other matters, architectural applications and review procedures; improvements within 15 feet of freshwater canals; docks, boat lifts, cleats, seawalls, fencing, pools, landscaping, drainage modifications, and other improvements; inspection and engineering-review requirements; owner maintenance responsibilities; and enforcement procedures.

If adopted, the proposed Standards will apply to applications submitted on or after their effective date and to improvements commenced, installed, substantially modified, replaced, or reconstructed on or after that date, as more particularly provided in the Standards.

A copy may also be requested from the Association’s management company. Virtual meeting information was sent to all Inlets homeowners via email on august 20.

Boating & Canal Committee Meeting Agenda-August 19th, 2026

Here is the agenda for the upcoming Boating & Canal Committee meeting.

The meeting will be held in person at the Marina on Halyard Drive on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.

Members planning to attend are encouraged to bring their own chairs, bug spray, and portable cooling fans.

Seeking volunteers to serve on the Inlets (East/West) Architectural Review Board (ARB) Committee

​

Dear Inlets Homeowners,

The Board of Directors is currently seeking volunteers to serve on the Inlets Neighborhood Architectural Review Board (ARB) Committee. A recent committee member's resignation has created a vacancy, and the Board is encouraging interested homeowners to apply for this important volunteer position. 

 

The ARB Committee plays a vital role in helping preserve the aesthetic standards and property values within our community by reviewing architectural modification requests and ensuring consistency with the Association's governing documents.

If you are interested in serving on the ARB Committee, please complete the volunteer application and return it no later than August 8, 2026. Applications may be submitted to:
