The Inlets at Riverdale community offers several boating-related and common area facilities managed by the Master HOA. These facilities are managed with safety and maintenance protocols to ensure usability and enjoyment by residents. For more detailed information or specific questions about these facilities, residents are encouraged to contact the Inlets Master Association Property Manager or refer to the community documents in your Master Association Portal.

 

Tennis and Pickleball  Court- A tennis court is maintained by the Master Association and can be reserved by residents of the Inlets Community. Reservations can be made on this website.

Community Private Boat Ramp-

- Located on canal W-1 off 43rd St. Blvd. E between Swordfish Dr. and Barracuda Dr.

- Secured access requiring a key.

- Used for delivering floating boat lifts, removing boats, and launching boats residing in the community.

Canal Boat Lifts-

- Used to lift boats from the freshwater canals to waterways and back.

- Equipped with docks on both sides for boarding and offboarding occupants.

- Access requires training for boat operators.

- Maintenance of these lifts is managed by the HOA; no personal maintenance allowed.

 

Common Areas- ​The Master Association maintains and governs several common areas the benefit of all members and ensures maintenance, preservation, and compliance with applicable standards and governmental approvals. infrastructure, including:

- The Stormwater Management System, which includes all lakes, ponds, canals, ditches, culverts, lines, structures, and in-flow and out-flow facilities not maintained by public authorities. 

- Common area assets such as fences along canals, walkways, and canals themselves.

- Community boating facilities including community canal boat lifts, the community boat ramp, and the Inlets Marina.

- The back 15 feet of member lots bordering the freshwater canals.

- Common area seawalls, fencing, and walkways related to the canal system.

- Landscaping irrigation at community boat lifts, although homeowners adjacent to boat lifts are responsible for irrigation serving those areas.

Docks, Gangways & Seawalls-

- The Master HOA is responsible for common area assets such as fences along canals, walkways, and maintaining common area seawalls and the canal system infrastructure.

- Homeowners are responsible for seawalls adjacent to their property and must comply with all applicable State, County, City, and Master Architectural Review Committee standards.

- Individual dock pilings, dock areas, water lines, electrical connections, and accessories are the homeowner’s responsibility.

 

Canals & Waterways-

- The community waterways connect to the Manatee River and Gulf of Mexico, providing boating access.

- The Master HOA maintains spot dredging along the main saltwater canal and landscaping of mangroves along community canal boat lifts.

Playground Area- Next to the Harbour Walk entry at the of end of the Inlets East side location, the Master HOA maintains playground facilities for younger kids, including landscaping, mulch, benches, picnic tables, as well as lighting in the playground.

​

Kayak Storage- Kayak rack is available next to the playground on the near the end of Inlets East.
