The Inlets at Riverdale

• Submit all ARB applications through the Gulf Coast Association Management Owner Portal: Requests › + New Request › ARC Request. Applications sent by email will delay processing.

• Download the application from Documents › ARC ( ARB) folder, then complete and sign it. A typed name is not a signature.

• Upload your signed application along with your survey (or drawings/photos), contractor name, and contractor insurance and license where applicable.

• Track your request under Requests › My Requests and in your portal Inbox.

• Questions? Submit a General Request in the portal. Trouble using the portal? Email CAM@choosegulfcoast.com.

• Written ARB approval is required before starting any work, ordering materials, or signing a contract you can't cancel.​​​​
